Poultry
This course is designed to meet the needs of the poultry processing industry and NZFSA requirements. The course covers legislation, practical knowledge of the poultry industry, ante and post mortem examination of poultry, quality management and verification methods and food safety / hygiene. Upon completion of the course and assessment, attendees will receive the National Certificate in Animal Product Examination Services (Poultry) Level 3.

22050 - Explain and apply monitoring, corrective action, and verification of poultry meat examination

$1,410 + GST per person plus disbursements (minimum of 5 trainees per course). Disbursements are charged at cost and include additional trainer and assessor costs specific to the course such as travel, accommodation, catering and venue hire.
