Meat Industry Standards
This course is designed to provide trainees with comprehensive training in industry standards. It is designed to help trainees understand the reasoning behind these and their effect on the process. It also helps supervisors identify potential hazards that may cause a process to not operate to its documented system. In addition, this course is aligned to specific NZQA unit standards which contribute to a national qualification.

$1720 + GST per person plus disbursements (minimum of 5 trainees per course). Disbursements are charged at cost and include additional trainer and assessor costs specific to the course such as travel, accommodation, catering and venue hire.
