This course provides trainees with knowledge and practical skills to enable effective and efficient bovine grading. This course covers the National Certificate in Meat Processing (Grading) (Level 3).

| Pricing | $1205 + GST per person plus disbursements (minimum of 5 trainees per course). Disbursements are charged at cost and include additional trainer and assessor costs specific to the course such as travel, accommodation, catering and venue hire.
