JobSkill
JobSkill is our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment service which involves recognising a candidate’s existing skills and knowledge by assessing them against NZQA unit standards. The programme is a free service and is conducted in the participant’s workplace.

Qualifications
The following qualifications can be delivered through this programme:
- National Certificate in Meat Processing (Associated Processes) (Level 2) with strands in Offal Products, Casings, Calibrations or Rendering
- National Certificate in Meat Processing (Further Processing) (Level 2) with strands in Boning, Trimming, saw Operations, Quartering, Packaging and Dispatching
- National Certificate in Meat Processing (Introductory) (Level 1)
- National Certificate in Meat Processing (Slaughter and Dressing) (Level 2) with strands in Slaughter, Evisceration or Opening and Clearing Skins
- National Certificate in Meat Processing (Smallgoods) (Level 2) with optional strands in Cooked Processing, On-Job Training, Raw Processing and Slicing, Packaging and Dispatching
