Introductory HACCP
Overview
Our Introductory HACCP course provides participants with an introductory knowledge of the principles of HACCP and their application. This course is designed specifically to meet the operational needs of the meat processing industry and the NZFSA by qualifying attendees in HACCP unit standards as specified by NZQA. By becoming qualified in HACCP, attendees will learn improved methods to identify and control food safety hazards throughout the entire production process.
