Overview
Our ISO 22000/ ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course focuses on understanding the ISO 22000/ ISO 9001 standard for a Food Safety Management System and incorporates the prinicples of HACCP and the requirements of key standards developed by various global food retailer syndicates. ISO 22000/ ISO 9001 is internationall recognised as the foundation of a Food Safety Programme and ensures safety througout the food supply chain.
