Our Introductory HACCP course provides participants with an introductory knowledge of the principles of HACCP and their application. The course describes the need for and reasoning behind HACCP, provides an up-to-the -minute food safety refresher on food safety issues both nationally and internationally and introduces the concept of HACCP and its principles according to Codex guidelines.

Advanced HACCP
Our Advanced HACCP course is designed to provide anyone working in the food manufacturing or related industries with a better understanding of the application of HACCP principles and how to use this understanding to improve their own systems. This course is aimed at people who are responsible for developing, implementing or auditing HACCP plans including Production Managers or Supervisors, Quality Assurance and Technical staff.
