Introductory Food Safety
Our Introductory Food Safety course is ideal for people wanting a basic understanding of the causes of food safety issues such as spoilage, contamination and food poisoning. During the course food safety hazards which impact on the food industry are explained along with controls for minimising or eliminating them. Participants on this course learn how to prevent cross-contamination, promote hygienic practices and how to monitor the temperature of high-risk foods.
