ACC Workplace Safety Discount Training

20 agricultural workers will lose their lives at their workplace this year - that's one every 18 days.  13 agricultural workers will be injured per day every day of the year.  Most of those will be off work for more than 1 week.

The Workplace Safety Discount (WSD) programme offers small employers and self-employed people a 10% discount on their ACC workplace levies in return for actively managing health and safety in their business.  The programme focuses on; hazard management, incident and accident investigation, emergency readiness, information, training and supervision.
